148. This Regulation replaces

(1)  the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec (R.R.Q., 1981, chapter C-25, r. 4);

(2)  the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec relating to appeals from decisions of the Régie du logement (R.R.Q., 1981, chapter C-25, r. 5);

(3)  the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec (Criminal and Penal Division) (R.R.Q., 1981, chapter T-16, r. 6);

(4)  the Rules of practice and procedure of the Court of Québec (Youth Division) in civil and adoption matters (O.C. 1257-83, 83-06-15); and

(5)  the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec (Youth Division) in criminal and penal matters (R.R.Q., 1981, chapter T-16, r. 8).
